We are thrilled to share that Perry Elementary is participating in the "MISD Father's Read 2024" event on Monday, November 18th, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.  We have reopened the sign up and we are seeking fathers, grandfathers, uncles, and male community leaders to read to our PreK-4th grade students during this special morning. Books will be provided, and this is a fantastic opportunity to inspire a love of reading in our students! Please take a moment to watch this video ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1UKUR9fxxx8 ) to learn more about the event.
