Communication Practices

Below are the ways that staff communicates and sends out information to parents/guardians.

 

  1. PRIMARY COMMUNICATION

    • Covers all information for parents. 

    • Parents' best way to communicate with teachers.

    • NOT good for communicating to administrators or office staff. (Email is best for admin)

  2. BACK-UP COMMUNICATION

    1. Email: The school will email parents as needed. 

    2. Text The school will text parents reminders about major announcements or emergencies. 

    3. Phone Call: staff will call parents when necessary.

  3. Social Media

    1. Facebook and Twitter: some of the same information posted on classdojo will be posted on Facebook and Twitter
